NOTE If the controller needs to be mounted on an uneven surface like stucco place or install a section of exterior plywood between the controller and the wall Drive the first screw into the topmost center hole Then hang the controller on the screw by the key hole slot on the back of the cabinet Line up the controller cabinet mounting holes with the remaining pilot holes and drive the four remaining screws through the cabinet back plane into the mounting surface ESP LXME Controller Connect Power to the Controller Connect Power Source The ESP LXME controller has an internal transformer that reduces supply Surge Protection and Grounding voltage 120 VAC in U S models 230 VAC in international models 240 The ESP LXME controller is equipped with built in electrical surge VAC in Australian models to 24 VAC You will need to connect power protection For this system to function you must properly ground the supply wires to the transformer s three wires Line Neutral Ground controller WARNING Electric shock can cause severe injury or death Make WARNING The ESP LXME controller must be properly surge sure power supply is turned OFF before connecting power wires protected and grounded Doing so can help prevent damage to WARNING All electrical connections and wiring runs must be the controller and irrigation system and also significantly reduce troubleshooting repair time and expense Failure to do s
